All services are provided on the basis of Fertilitas’ price list.

Pre-operative counselling fee

The pre-operative counselling fee includes full pre-operative counselling with all necessary procedures, including the preparation of documentation and the scheduling of the surgery. Surgeries can be rescheduled later upon notification at least 3 business days in advance. If the pre-surgery consultation fee is paid immediately after the consultation, no separate visit fee shall be charged. If the pre-operative counselling fee is paid later or if the patient fails to come in for the surgery, no previously paid fees shall be refunded. If the pre-operative counselling fee is not paid at least 3 business days before the surgery, Fertilitas has the right to remove the patient from the surgery schedule.

Payment for services

Services can be paid for in cash and by card. Payment by bank transfer requires signing an agreement with Fertlilitas AS. Analyses must be paid for before they are carried out.
